According to Nielsen SoundScan, Florida as Billboard's No.1 digital artist of 2008 set a record for digital singles sales totals when his insta-classic "Low" scored 467,000 downloads in one week last year. The rapper gives Billboard this stream of his next single, "Sugar," and discusses details about his March 31 album "R.O.O.T.S" in the Billboard.
R.O.O.T.S albums which is an acronym for Route Of Overcoming The Struggle. According to Florida this album is his inspiration for it comes from his success and knowing that it wasn't an overnight thing that he was grinding for a long time and was making sacrifices for his love for music.
